How will the information be used?
Haymarket will use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following:

Will I be contacted for marketing purposes?

We are committed to ensure the rights and obligations set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 and The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 are respected. The Mailing Preference Service (MPS) and Telephone Preference Service (TPS) offer consumers protection against unsolicited contact. However, if a consumer has consented to marketing activity by us, then contact is not considered to be unsolicited and so the MPS and TPS do not apply.
With each piece of marketing communication we will provide an option to refuse such communication in the future.

Will Haymarket share my information with anyone else?
Haymarket will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required by the government or law enforcement bodies. We use a number of third party organisations to help provide a professional service to our customers (i.e. fulfilment bureaus, call centres, and website designers).
Some of our partners may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Countries outside the EEA are not required to protect personal information as stringently as countries inside. However, Haymarket insists that all partners both inside and outside the EEA adhere to the same rules are procedures on personal information that we adhere to in the UK.

Can I find out what personal information Haymarket holds on me?
Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Haymarket holds about you. There will be an administration fee of £10 associated with this request and will require 2 pieces of identification to prove your identity. Please make a written application to the Data Protection Officer, Haymarket Media Group, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 9BE.
If any of the personal information that we hold about you is incorrect, you can click on the contact us link on each website. If the incorrect information relates to your magazine subscription, then you can contact the customers services team on 08456 777 800 who will update your details as soon as practically possible.
